Guest Session: Your Inner Edge

We'll be joined by Tom Gold, Life Coach, Bushcraft Instructor, Personal Trainer to learn about how to cultivate and harness physical and mental strength, building resilience and confidence.

Together, we will look at how approach everday tasks in a more mindful way, bringing intentionality and purpose into the things we do and using situational awareness as a way to sharpen your inner edge.

By the end of the session, you’ll have some practical tools you can start to experiment with immediately to strengthen your body and mind, helping you to navigate change and uncertainty with serenity.

Signature Intention Setting

This interactive session is designed to help you step back, take stock, and get intentional about where your time and energy are really going. Through some of our signature and most powerful guided reflection and practical coaching exercises, you’ll explore key areas of your life, identify what’s currently driving or draining you, and clarify what truly matters most to you personally.

Guest Session: Declutter Your Space, Declutter Your Mind

In this inspiring guest workshop we’ll be joined by Tracy Turtle of Mandala Jade who will share with us her guidance and tips on decluttering to free up more mental space. You’ll discover how your physical environment directly impacts your mental clarity, stress levels, and overall wellbeing. You’ll learn practical, realistic strategies to declutter and organise your space in a way that feels manageable and sustainable, while creating surroundings that support calm, focus, and positive habits. 

By the end of the session, you’ll understand how intentional spaces can help you feel more in control, reduce overwhelm, and create a foundation that supports both your productivity and your mental health - giving you the momentum to show up more fully in your life and work.
