Embodiment through Mindful Movement
Tapping into our August theme of Exercise & Movement (the second pillar of our Serene Method) we will explore the benefits of movement for the physical, mental and spiritual body.
Both Laureen and Lisa started their coaching practices in fitness - Laureen as a PT and running coach and Lisa as a fitness instructor and yoga teacher. They understand the importance of movement not just for your health but for mind and body integration. Discover how connecting with your body can help you navigate stress and emotions, deepen self-awareness, and build resilience. The Serene Method
This interactive session is designed to help you step back, take stock, and get intentional about where your time and energy are really going. Through some of our signature and most powerful guided reflection and practical coaching exercises including our SERENE Method, you’ll explore key areas of your life, identify what’s currently driving or draining you, and visualise the serene you and how to get there.
You’ll leave with a clear set of personal intentions, a stronger sense of direction, and simple, actionable steps to help you align your daily choices with your strengths, values, and long-term vision - so you can move forward feeling purposeful, focused, and energised.

In this inspiring guest workshop we’re joined by Tracy Turtle of Mandala Jade who shares with us her guidance and tips on de-cluttering to free up more mental space. You’ll discover how your physical environment directly impacts your mental clarity, stress levels, and overall wellbeing. In this powerful coaching session we will explore the roots of self-doubt and imposter syndrome, helping you understand why even the most capable people can struggle to fully own their strengths. Guest Session:Â The Inner Edge
In June we'll be joined by Tom Gold, Life Coach, Bushcraft Instructor and Personal Trainer to learn about how to cultivate and harness physical and mental strength, building resilience and confidence.
Together, we will look at how approach everyday tasks in a more mindful way, bringing intention and purpose into the things we do and using situational awareness as a way to sharpen your inner edge.
By the end of the session, you’ll have some practical tools you can start to experiment with immediately to strengthen your body and mind, helping you to navigate change and uncertainty with strength and serenity.
